Mr. Timothy J. McCray
Brother Timothy J. McCray holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Prairie View A & M. He then received his Master’s of Arts in Rhetoric and Intercultural Communication from Howard University and his Master’s of Science in Educational Management at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Timothy is employed by Channelview Independent School District where he is in his fifth year as a classroom English teacher. Mr. McCray is also an adjunct professor at Houston Community College and San Jacinto Community, as a speech professor.
Mr. Mc Cray holds lifetime membership in Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. He has held both local and state offices within Phi Beta Sigma. Currently, Mr. Mc Cray is the chapter president of Alpha Sigma Sigma chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Mr. Mc Cray hopes and desire are to one day open a boarding school for African-American and Hispanic males for he believes that it is this population that is under served. His hopes are to one day become the Superintendent of an Urban School District and eventually the Secretary of Education for the United States.
