Brother Renaldo Dixon is an Executive Consultant for Credit Builders International and CBI Education Network. Responsible for developing credit and wealth development programs for consumers and businesses, Brother Dixon creates business models that ensure success for his clients. Brother Dixon has nineteen years of experience in leadership development and public speaking. Having presented workshops all over the country and for various associations, Brother Dixon is in demand for his compassionate and insightful view of the power of leadership development. An educator with a background in Higher Education Administration and Organizational Behavior, his research on “Fostering a Sense of Community” was noted and recognized by the Association of College Unions International as groundbreaking. Other topics ranging from the “Power of Visioning” and “Emotional Intelligence” keeps him as a regular facilitator at the University of Illinois Leadership Center. Brother Dixon strives to make a difference in the lives of all that he encounters. Brother Dixon was initiated at Epsilon Xi Chapter at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1989, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. His roles in the fraternity have been numerous from chapter president, Undergraduate appointment to the National Board, Director of Collegiate Affairs for the Great Lakes Region, Undergraduate Advisor to Epsilon Xi chapter, and Marketing Director and Director of Blue Tuesday for Iota Nu Sigma chapter in Chicago, Illinois. Brother Dixon is a proud father of two, Johnathan a sophomore at Purdue University and his princess Rhian who is now two years old.
