Mr. Leonard Martin
Brother Leonard Martin pledged Phi Beta Sigma at the University of New Orleans, Iota Lambda Chapter in March 1981. He received his undergraduate degree in Social Studies Education from Southern University at New Orleans. He also has an M.A. in Management from Bowie Sate University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
Brother Martin has enjoyed a successful career in automotive financial services spanning 20 years in which he has held a series of progressively increasing positions. A few of his accomplishments includes the development of training programs in customer service and collections which helped transform his organization and lead to his promotion as the head of National Sales Training and Education. Brother Martin’s accomplishments in sales training and education resulted in the development of a highly benchmarked sales training organization with a curriculum based on skills, competencies, and assessment. Today, Brother Martin is responsible for a $1 billion dollar portfolio of minority automotive dealers. Leonard Martin resides in West Bloomfield, Michigan with his wife and sorority sister, Dr. Leslie Martin and two daughters Cymone and Cydnie. He is a member of the Nu Alpha Sigma Alumni Chapter in Detroit, Michigan.
