Mr. Kaliym Islam
Brother Kaliym Islam, a Six Sigma Black Belt, is the founder of Tek-Training LLC, and the Vice President of DTCC Learning, the customer training department for the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). At DTCC, Mr. Islam has responsibility for all global customer facing learning activities. Mr. Islam is the author of two books – Developing and Measuring Training the Six Sigma Way and Podcasting 101 for Trainers, and a contributing author to two European publications Prussience in Six Sigma DUNDU Press, and The German e-Learning Handbook. An innovative training strategist with 15+ years across broad industries, products, services, and technologies, Mr. Islam is a pioneer in the application of Six Sigma methodologies to learning programs and an expert in facilitating change through redesign of internal operating and business processes. Mr. Islam uses a proactive approach in organizational development initiatives that delivers consistent and sustainable cost reduction and quality improvements. His perspective on training is that it shouldn’t be delivered for the sake of training, but that learning organizations should solve business issues with learning solutions.
