Mr. Antoine Dove
Brother Antoine Dove is a native of Dudley, North Carolina and he attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC-CH). Bro Dove graduated from UNC-CH in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a concentration in Health Policy and Administration. During Bro Dove’s time at UNC-CH he served in many leadership capacities with various organizations. He served as the President of Gentlemen of Leadership and Distinction and Ladies of Virtue and Excellence, a minority service organization. He also served as a Resident Advisor, a Resident Advisor Mentor, a liaison/member of an undergraduate chapter of American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Vice President of Medical Group Management Association, and Program assistant for UNC Medical School’s Youth Science Enrichment Program, etc. He also served as a mentor to a high school student for four years whom now attends Winston Salem State University in Winston Salem, NC. Bro Dove was also a part of the inaugural class of the Leadership Institute at UNC-CH, which was a three month program, developed by the Office of Diversity and Minority Affairs, devoted to developing leadership qualities in students from underserved populations.
Bro Dove was initiated into Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc, by the Xi Gamma Chapter on the campus of UNC Chapel Hill on April 4, 2007. As a member of the Xi Gamma Chapter he served as the Service Chair and the chapter representative to both State and Regional conferences.
Currently Bro Dove is a part of a fast track leadership development program with Humana Inc, a health insurance company based out of Louisville KY, in which he serves as a Physician Contract Analyst in Nashville TN.
