Brother Adam Idlebird was inducted into Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Delta Theta undergraduate chapter in the fall of 1999. In 2001, Adam graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. Subsequently, Adam obtained his Master of Business Administration from University of Houston in 2003. Currently, Adam is a Proposal Manager with Air Liquide Air Separation Gas Company. At Air Liquide, he designs the most competitive solution for each customer by managing the technical deliverables. In Adam’s role as a manager, he is the leader of many tasks that are put before him. On a regular basis, he communicates with the CEO and Vice President of his organization to give updates on the current status of his proposals.
Adam has been a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. for 10 years. He has served the Fraternity diligently and compassionately. He is currently a member of Alpha Sigma Sigma graduate chapter and was the president of his previous graduate chapter, Theta Sigma, for two terms. Adam continues to be active in Phi Beta Sigma on the local, state and national levels. He has been to 2 Conclaves, 5 Regional Conferences, and 4 State Conferences. Adam has also served on various committees during these conferences and helps achieve results. During his presidency, he helped planned and chaired 3 Scholarship Balls, planned and hosted a state wide Health Fair initiative, and served as the Sigma Beta and undergrad advisor just to name a few. Adam always focuses on giving back to the community and enjoys helping others achieve their goals.
